In App Purchases Dont Work

Very frustrating. I purchased the complete inapp package. The components never installed. You get 10 scans and then you have to buy unlimited scans for $.99. The complete extras package is important and sells for $4.99.

The restore purchases button does nothing.

I recommend that anyone avoid buying this app until the developer fixes this serious issue.
