I agree with the Scamware evaluations below, and am usually more cautious in my app purchases, but not this time. May the buyer beware!

Thought it would help with my book organization, but for someone who reads and has a lot of books, this app will cost a fortune. Im sorry I wasted 3.99 on it.

This does it all as I am cataloging my collection!!

What a complete waste of time and money. Very misleading -- scanner works one time in seven in the meantime all the "free" scans get used regardless if it works or not. Then you have to purchase more scans. CRAZY & totally misleading. Scam. Its too much to bother to recoup my money.

Scan stopped working on my iPad. Message said scan failed, scan in progress. I reset my iPad once and it worked one time. Then back to the same message. I could not clear it. I added everything to my iPhone . The iPad and the iPhone have not synced. I bought the App and all add ons except the BibTex. A total of $12.95. I just checked my iPad and it did scan. However how do I know it will continue to work properly? How can I get the books to sync between devices. Also dont want to use my FB to sign on, another option?

It doesnt say anything in the description about having only 10 free scans before having to pay more for unlimited scans. Or that there is a limit to the number of books you can save unless you buy another add-on.

I have a lot of books and wanted to make a permanent list without having to type all info. I paid the 3.99 only to find out you only got a few tries for that price. I then spent another .99 for what I thought would be unlimited scans only to find out not so. I think we should be refunded 4.99 or provide an app that will scan all books.

It takes some time to add in all your books as the scanner doesnt seem to work all that well. Overall, tho, I love this app. I visit thrift stores, used book stores & library sales and this app has saved me money by having an organized list of books I already have. Have recommended to several of my bookworm pals!

Nowhere (not even in app) does it tell you that EACH bar code scan costs .99 cents. Deleting immediately!

Every time I open the app I get a popup asking me to pay a dollar to add the scanner. I dont want the scanner and I am tired of all the popups. Plus it is constantly asking me to write a review. Well here it is. The app is basically decent but too expensive and the popups are super annoying.

Im thankful for its simplicity and usefulness, but does there have to the the same pop ups every time I open it? Its very annoying and hinder the otherwise smooth use of this helpful app.

Using this app to catalogue our library of about 1,000 books. It is both cost effective and has every possible feature you could need. I couldnt figure out how to do a certain feature and the developer emailed me back within 10 mins with an answer to my question. Great app!

After entering ten books it no longer displays the list but appears to know that I have scanned a book. I purchased the backup but does not appear to do anything. The database appears to exist but will not display ( i have on display all books) as it will tell me i have already scanned the book i am attempting to reenter. It hangs on boot displaying the entry page.

This APP is cheating me. I need to pay for scanner? Sorry but I cant put Portuguese and Spanish books.

I paid for scanner and extras but scanner rarely works. I manually enter books but I cant find a list of them anywhere. It will tell me I have already entered a book but I can not find list.

Love this app

I purchased this app because of its barcode scanner capabilities. Unfortunately, the scanner does not work very well. On the several different books that I tried, it provides an error message on every single book. It was unable to process any of the ISBN numbers. I know that this is not state of the art, as other apps have successfully in quickly processed ISBN information. Well the app may be very good at keeping a catalog of the books that you own, do not use it for its scanning capabilities.

Could not find a number of entries readily findable (and current) at Amazon and several other sources. A ripoff.

In the Little time of use, Too many pop ups for expensive purchases.

I purchases this app, thinking it is a time saver, but it mostly comes below my expectation.
